Earth Fest 2027 Planning Meeting

Earth Fest is a large community event and requires numerous people to serve on the planning team. Please complete the below form if you are interested in assisting with and/or lead planning efforts. Contact earthfestrf@gmail.com with questions. Planning team meetings are scheduled for Mondays from 4:30-6:00 pm. Frequency changes throughout the year from monthly to bi-weekly as the event gets closer.
